Does MetaGuard replace my doctor?
No. MetaGuard is an educational tracking and organization tool. It does not give medical advice, adjust doses or replace your prescriber. The PDF report exists precisely to enrich the conversation with your clinician.
Which medications are supported?
Semaglutide (Ozempic/Wegovy), tirzepatide (Mounjaro/Zepbound), dulaglutide (Trulicity) and liraglutide (Saxenda/Victoza), plus custom medications with a user-defined half-life (12–240 h).
Does it need internet or an account?
Neither. MetaGuard is 100% offline and local-first: no sign-up, no servers, no analytics. Your data lives on your device, and backups are encrypted files you control.
What happens to my photos and diary?
They stay in a private folder excluded from the phone gallery, behind an optional biometric lock for the entire app. Export only happens when you create an encrypted backup yourself.
Which languages does the app speak?
English, Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish — every string, alert, unit system and date format, from day one.
How does the free trial work?
The annual plan starts with 7 free days. You only pay if you keep it, and you can cancel anytime directly in the App Store or Google Play.
Can I move my data to a new phone?
Yes. MetaGuard exports an AES-256 encrypted .metaguard file via the native share sheet. Import it on the new device and everything — profile, diary, doses, metrics, photos — is restored.
